3D Scanning · 3D Design · 3D Printing

We rebuild parts, develop prototypes, and create components from real geometry.

We can start from the original part, the installation area, a sketch, or the available dimensions. If the shape is complex, we scan it, rebuild the model, print a test piece, and check the fit before the final version.

3D-printed 360-degree camera housing mounted on the front bumper of a Maserati Ghibli and held in hand
Recent automotive project

360° camera housing for a Maserati Ghibli, built from the real bumper geometry.

We captured the mounting geometry, set the camera angle to 33°, and hid the fastening system. A dedicated adapter was also designed for installation.

3D scanning for complex shapes

We use scanning when a few measurements are not enough — for curved surfaces, contact areas, and irregular geometry.

3D modeling with the installation in mind

We define wall thicknesses, holes, clearances, and mounting points around the real assembly so the part fits where it should.

Printing, checking, and delivery on time

The job does not end with the 3D model. We print the part, check it, and prepare the final version for the agreed deadline.

From the real part to the finished result

Need 3D scanning, 3D modeling, or 3D printing? We can handle the whole project — from the original part to the finished piece.

We can work from a part, photo, sketch, or dimensions. When needed, we scan it, rebuild the model, print a test version, and check it before delivery.

Checked before printing

A successful part is decided long before the printer starts.

Before printing, we check the things that matter during installation: holes, wall thicknesses, clearances, mounts, and contact areas.

01
It needs to fitWe check the shape and contact areas before spending time and material.
02
The mounting points need to line upHoles, clips, and mounts are made for the real assembly, not just for a good-looking model on screen.
03
Less reworkProblems that show up in the model are much easier to fix before the first print.
Before printing

First you see the part in 3D. Then we agree on any changes and the quantity.

You get a link to the 3D model and can rotate it directly in your browser. Before printing, you can ask us to change the shape, dimensions, holes, or mounts. Once you approve it, we print one part or the quantity you need.

Choose the quantityAfter approval, we print one piece or the number of parts you need.
See it first

First we show you what the part will look like

Before printing, you see the 3D model and can check the shape and main details.

You can change it

Tell us what you want changed

If something is not right, we can change the shape, dimensions, or individual features before printing.

Check together

We check how the part will fit before printing

Before the final print, we can check its position and fit where it will actually be installed.

Check dimensions

We verify the important dimensions before printing

Holes, mounting points, and contact areas are checked before the final version.

After approval

We print the quantity you need

Once you approve the model, you can order one part or the number of copies you need.

Choose the situation that sounds familiar: protect electronics, rebuild a mechanism, make a mount, replace a car part, or create a 3D model. This makes it easier to see what we can help with.

Need to protect electronics

Housings for electronics and mechanisms

Housings built around boards, connectors, cables, or mechanisms, based on what must fit inside.

Examples
Need to mount something

Mounts and brackets

Clips, brackets, and adapters designed around the actual installation point.

Examples
A mechanism stopped working

Mechanisms and moving parts

Gears, hinges, and other elements that need to move and work together.

Examples
Cannot find the car part

Car parts from the original or mounting area

Interior and body parts rebuilt from the original component, dimensions, or the installation geometry.

Examples
Need a 3D model

3D model from a part, sketch, or dimensions

We create a digital model that can be checked, modified, and prepared for manufacturing.

Examples
Need to connect components

Adapters, caps, and threaded parts

Made from the original or dimensions when the required shape, thread, or connection is no longer available.

Examples
Need a non-standard part

Non-standard parts for a specific function

When no standard solution fits, we develop the part around the actual task and operating conditions.

Examples
Need to scan a part

3D scanning and production preparation

We capture the geometry of an existing part for reconstruction, dimensional checks, or further production.

Surface after printing

The printed surface is part of the result.

3D printing leaves a visible layer pattern. How noticeable it is depends on layer height, orientation, material, and geometry. We choose the settings based on the part and the finish you want.

Layer height Affects how visible the layer lines are and the level of detail.
Orientation Changes the surface pattern and the appearance of specific areas of the part.
Material Can change the sheen, color, and feel of the surface.
Before handover

We pack every model with the same care we put into making it.

We choose the packaging around the shape and size of the item so it stays protected until it reaches the client.

Protection The item is secured so it does not move unnecessarily inside the box.
Presentation For gifts, the packaging can be prepared ready for handover.
Matched to the shape We choose the box size and type around the specific model.
Printed figure inside a cardboard presentation box with a transparent window
Clear-window boxes that present the model neatly while keeping it protected.
Second printed figure inside a matching presentation box with a transparent window
Each box is sized to the item so it stays secure and protected during transport.
Cat figure packed in a gift box with decorative paper
For gifts, we add decorative fill and prepare the box so it is ready to give.
Kraft gift box with spiderweb decoration and pumpkin figures in orange shredded paper
We can also prepare themed packaging for seasonal or special occasions.
Showcase

What else can be printed? Much more than you might think.

The carousel includes a mix of projects — technical parts, figurines, organizers, and decorative pieces.

Materials & colors

We choose the material and color for your part.

We choose the material based on how the part will be used and the color based on the look you want. If you need a specific shade, send us a reference and we will check the available options.

You can send a photo, a color reference, or a Pantone / HEX code.
