Who pays customs duties?

For international delivery, customs duties and taxes, where applicable, are paid by the recipient according to the rules of the destination country.

How do you pack orders?

Each piece is wrapped individually and placed in a rigid box with padding, so it arrives intact however long the journey.

What if the parcel arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging and the item as soon as you receive it and message us the same day – we’ll sort it out together.

Can I collect the order myself?

Yes. You can collect it in person in Chișinău – we agree on the day and time when we confirm the order.

How can I track my parcel?

Right after shipping we send you the tracking number, which you can check on the Nova Post website or app.
