In person in Chișinău – we agree on the place and time – or via Nova Post. To start with, a few photos from several angles and the main dimensions are enough.

For simple parts, often yes. If the part has to fit exactly, it is safer for us to have the sample.

The price depends on size, complexity and quantity. We tell you once we have seen the part, before any work starts.

After we confirm the order: by transfer to a card, in cash at pickup or when you receive the parcel.

Usually 1–3 days for a part made from a sample. Large or complex parts can take longer – we confirm the exact lead time before starting.

Yes, via Nova Post or another carrier. The cost depends on the country, and customs duties are paid by the recipient.

We measure the sample, and for parts that have to fit we print a test piece if needed and adjust it until it fits.

We choose the material for where the part will be used – temperature, load, indoors or outdoors – and tell you before printing.

We adjust it and make it again. That is why we make a test piece first for critical parts.

For some projects, yes – on request: STL or STEP, for personal use only.

Yes, if you have the right to use it. Send us the link and we will tell you whether it can be printed and in what material.
