Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is Modelein3D, Chișinău, Republica Moldova (“Modelein3D”, “we”). For any question about your data, write to contact@modelein3d.com.

We process data in line with the personal data protection law of the Republic of Moldova (Law No. 195/2024) and the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

• Requests and messages (contact form): name, phone, e-mail, preferred contact method, message text, photos and files you attach.
• Orders: name, phone, e-mail, delivery address or branch, the products and options you choose (colour, size, personalised text), comments.
• Customer account (optional): name, e-mail, phone, password (stored encrypted), saved addresses, favourites and order history.
• Technical data: IP address (may be anonymised), country derived from the IP, pages visited, referral source, device and browser type.

We do not collect bank card data on the site.

• To answer requests, calculate price and lead time and fulfil the order – at your request, to provide the service you asked for.
• For delivery and order status updates – to fulfil your order.
• To meet obligations set by law (for example, tax) – legal obligation.
• For site security, abuse prevention and aggregated visit statistics – our legitimate interest.
• For analytics (Google Analytics) and e-mail news – your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only as far as necessary:

• with courier services (for example Nova Post) – name, phone and delivery address or branch;
• with technical providers who host the site, our e-mail and internal order notifications;
• with Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), only when these services are active, for statistics and spam protection;
• with public authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova; in that case we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

• Requests without an order – up to 2 years after the last message.
• Orders and related documents – for the period required by accounting and tax law.
• Customer account – until you delete it (on the “My account” page) or ask us to delete it.
• Visit statistics – up to 12 months.
• Files and photos sent for an order – as long as needed to fulfil it and for possible reprints, then deleted on request.

We use cookies and the browser’s local storage:

• necessary – chosen language, cart, favourites, your cookie choice, account login, light/dark theme;
• analytics (Google Analytics) – only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner.

The cookie banner is provided by the CookieScript service, which stores your choice. You can change it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@modelein3d.com – we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).

We protect data with an encrypted connection (HTTPS), encrypted password storage and access limited to the people who handle orders.

The site is not intended for children under 16; they may order only through their parents.

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
