The 3D model is ready to print
We modelled this part from scratch from the customer’s sample. The model stays with us, so a copy can be printed at any time – without the modelling stage, which makes it faster and cheaper than a new job. If needed, we adapt the dimensions or the material.

The problem / original part
The leg thread had to be extended by 5 cm.
How we did it

CAD / reverse engineering
Instead of a new leg, we made a separate 7 cm sleeve, reinforced and textured for easy hand tightening.
What we changed and improved
Simple, practical and with no changes to the original parts.
