The problem / original part

A 360° surround-view system was being installed on a Maserati Ghibli. The front camera needed a housing that looks like part of the car.

How we did it

CAD / reverse engineering

We designed the housing to follow the bumper and grille. The camera is fixed at a 33° angle with no play.
Final printed part

The mount is hidden at the back on bolts. A separate adapter was made for the larger hole of the rear camera.
Installation and result

Everything fitted at the first installation. We also made a Maserati emblem for the decorative subwoofer grille.
