We modelled this part from scratch from the customer’s sample. The model stays with us, so a copy can be printed at any time – without the modelling stage, which makes it faster and cheaper than a new job. If needed, we adapt the dimensions or the material.

The problem / original part

The original camera holder was damaged and the camera had to go back exactly into its factory place.

How we did it

Original part

We measured the camera housing: main dimensions, seats and structural features.
CAD / reverse engineering

We created an exact 3D model of the part.
Final printed part

We printed the new holder, identical to the original.
