We modelled this part from scratch from the customer’s sample. The model stays with us, so a copy can be printed at any time – without the modelling stage, which makes it faster and cheaper than a new job. If needed, we adapt the dimensions or the material.

The problem / original part

A miniature thermometer-hygrometer powered by an AG3 battery that drains quickly. The goal was to scan the original housing and design a new adapter for an AAA battery, extending battery life while maintaining a precise fit for the display.
