We modelled this part from scratch from the customer’s sample. The model stays with us, so a copy can be printed at any time – without the modelling stage, which makes it faster and cheaper than a new job. If needed, we adapt the dimensions or the material.

The problem / original part

The main parts were inside the body, so the injector had to be fully dismantled.

How we did it

Original part

We made a special key for the lock washer and checked threads and mating surfaces.
Test versions

We made and tested several prototypes.
Installation and result

After testing, everything works like clockwork.
