We modelled this part from scratch from the customer’s sample. The model stays with us, so a copy can be printed at any time – without the modelling stage, which makes it faster and cheaper than a new job. If needed, we adapt the dimensions or the material.

The problem / original part
Chinese plastic is smooth but thin: it breaks and deforms easily under load. The client brought the right side to replace the lost left one, counting on perfect symmetry.
What we changed and improved
The left part, modelled from the right one and printed stronger than the original.
